Information we collect

When you submit a project inquiry or use a client portal, High Ridge Homes may collect your name, email address, phone number, project location, project details, uploaded files, messages, and records related to the work.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, estimate and manage construction work, provide secure project access, send requested project updates, deliver invoices and change orders, maintain records, and protect the service from misuse.

Email, calls, and app notifications

We may respond to an inquiry by email or phone and may send transactional email or optional app notifications about an active project. The website does not currently enroll visitors in automated text messaging.

Contact information

Phone numbers and email addresses are not sold or rented for third-party marketing. We may provide limited information to service providers that deliver project communications for us, solely to provide that service, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect rights and safety.

Storage and access

Project records are limited to authorized High Ridge team members and clients assigned to the relevant project. We retain information for business, legal, safety, and recordkeeping needs and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Project files and backups

Uploaded files are stored in protected cloud storage. Subcontractor agreements and prices are restricted to the owner and project managers. Only explicitly approved Before/After photos can appear in a public project gallery. Owner-only backups include business records and copies of uploaded files. Saved snapshots retain the latest seven copies and one monthly copy for up to twelve months; original project files and separate archived file copies follow business recordkeeping needs.

Subcontractor payments and banking

Invited subcontractors verify their email before enrolling for payments. We record company and contact details, mailing address, payment preferences and consent, payment history, and the bank name and last four account digits. Full banking credentials are entered with Stripe and are not stored by this website. Payment management and its activity records are restricted to Maksim Kalpakchi and Svetlana Kalpakchi. Each subcontractor can access only their own enrollment and submitted payment records.

We send transactional verification, enrollment, and payment confirmation emails. Subcontractors may pause future automatic deposits from their payment page; payments already submitted may still complete. Protected owner backups include payment business records, but exclude verification codes, invitation secrets, and live sign-in sessions.

Your choices

You may turn off browser notifications or ask us to correct or delete appropriate personal information. Some records may still be retained when needed to manage an active contract or project.
