Website communication

The High Ridge Homes website and secure project portal support project inquiries, scheduling, portal messages, invoices, change orders, and active construction records. They are not used as a recurring marketing program.

Contact requests

When you submit a project inquiry, you authorize High Ridge Homes to respond using the phone number or email address you provide. You may also call High Ridge Homes directly. The website does not currently enroll visitors in automated text messaging.

Secure portal

Authorized clients may use the project portal to view information and exchange project-related messages. Portal access and records are limited to the relevant project and approved users.

Notifications

Transactional email and optional browser or app notifications may be used for inquiries and active projects. You can turn browser notifications off through your device or browser settings.
